He is a well-known fitness guru, with his insanity(and now T25) focusing on individuals that have tight schedules. The core principle of this new workout is bringing one hour worth of workout to just 25 minutes. Focus and hard work are key factors of T25. This is designed for 25 minutes a day, for 5 days a week. Saturdays are meant to check for the progress, then on Sunday, some stretching can be done.

Focus T25 advantages

This is good for people that don’t have enough time to do workouts, but still want to it. It doesn’t require any equipment except the mat(for some occasions). It is just 25 minutes! There’s also the nutritional plan that gives a lot of tips and recipes.
